Job Description Job Description Top Job Located in Wheeling, WV Salary: $20-$24/hr Accounts Receivable Manager - $20-$24/hr (salary) - Full-Time Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager for a reputable company seeking a detail-oriented, deadline-driven professional to oversee and improve their AR operations. This is a full-time, salaried opportunity ideal for someone with strong collections experience, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to support cash flow and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the accounts receivable function Monitor customer accounts for overdue balances and initiate collection efforts Perform professional collection calls and follow-ups to ensure timely payments Resolve billing disputes, short payments, and delinquent accounts efficiently Maintain and monitor the Corporate AR Tracker for NSF payments on a daily basis Prepare AR Workout and Unresolved Return Items reports for weekly Credit Review Committee meetings Participate in customer credit evaluations and payment term recommendations Provide timely and accurate information to Accounting for ACH-related account drawdowns Prepare and review accounts receivable aging reports Develop strategies to reduce outstanding receivables and improve cash flow Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies Support audits and financial reporting as needed Qualifications Proven experience managing accounts receivable operations Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer and internal interactions Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Experience working with payment methods including check, ACH, credit card, and EDI Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams Technical Skills Experience with accounting software (ERP systems preferred) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel AS/400 experience a plus (training available if applicable) Familiarity with invoicing platforms, payment portals, and credit management tools High level of data entry accuracy and reporting skills Compensation $20-$24/hr (salary) Full-time opportunity with stability and growth potential Apply Now Interested candidates should contact Express Employment Professionals or apply in person at: 168 West Chestnut Street Washington, PA 15301 2790OS Express Office: Washington County 168 West Chestnut Street Washington, PA 15301
