Your Key Responsibilities Gain technical proficiency in the
application of Schaeffler’s bearing portfolio and utilize
application engineering services for new and existing customer
needs. Enhance the digitization ratio of customer quotes and orders
by effectively leveraging Schaeffler’s digital sales tools,
including Salesforce, Planning360, DataLab, Guided Quoting, SAP,
and interchange. Develop and implement pricing strategies that
drive sales growth while maximizing profit margins. Continuously
assess and update the market potential and competitive landscape
within assigned accounts to identify growth opportunities. Build
in-depth understanding of customers’ businesses, linking their
success to the effective use of Schaeffler products. Establish and
expand strong, trusted relationships within the customer network to
support retention and growth. Maintain existing business through
demonstrated commercial sales expertise, problem-solving skills,
and timely, professional customer service. Drive new business
development by aligning customer decision factors with Schaeffler’s
capabilities and presenting tailored value propositions. Regularly
utilize sales and CRM systems (Salesforce.com) for reporting (open
orders, forecasts, quotes) and keep internal management informed
with presentations and updates. Actively participate in industry
seminars, trade shows, and networking events to enhance industry
knowledge and business opportunities. Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent relevant
experience Proven ability to influence decision-making and resolve
conflicts effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes Strong
business acumen with a results-driven mindset Proficient in CRM
software and systems, with Salesforce experience considered a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates
intrinsic motivation for results, strong relationship-building
capabilities, leadership-level influence, high ethical standards,
and agility within complex organizational environments External
