Your future in real estate starts here. Compensation: $120,000 -
$225,000 yearly Responsibilities: Conduct property showings with
enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring clients feel informed and
valued. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and
contribute to achieving our collective sales goals. Build and
nurture lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and
ensuring repeat business. Stay informed about local market trends
and property values to provide clients with accurate and timely
information. Assist in preparing and organizing property listings,
ensuring they are appealing and comprehensive. Communicate
effectively with clients, addressing their questions and concerns
promptly and clearly. Coordinate with team members to schedule
showings and manage client appointments efficiently.
Qualifications: Active Real Estate License (or in the process of
obtaining one). Experience in real estate or a related field is
preferred, but not required. Ability to communicate effectively and
build rapport with clients and team members. Proven track record of
managing multiple appointments and schedules efficiently.
Familiarity with local real estate market trends and property
values. Ability to work collaboratively with a sales team to
achieve shared goals. Strong organizational skills to prepare and
maintain appealing property listings. Comfortable using technology
and real estate software to enhance client interactions. About
