ideal for a proactive sales professional who can identify
opportunities, nurture long-term partnerships, and translate needs
into impactful wellness solutions. Reports to: Chief Development &
Quality Officer Regions where services will be sold: Central &
Midwest Region (Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan) Key
Responsibilities Develop and cultivate new business opportunities
with health insurance brokers, carriers, and HR leaders to drive
organizational growth. Build and maintain a strong pipeline by
nurturing leads from prospecting through close. Sell a suite of
integrated corporate wellness solutions that drive measurable
outcomes and sustainable revenue. Monitor competitive landscape,
market trends, expansion opportunities, and evolving industry
standards. Collaborate closely with regional leadership to increase
market share and strengthen regional presence. Partner with
Marketing to elevate marketplace visibility and position Integrated
Health 21 as a market leader. Accurately track and manage all
opportunities, activities, and pipeline data within Salesforce.
Support new clients as a client service manager during the first
year to ensure a strong, successful onboarding experience. Desired
Skills & Experience Proven self-starter with the ability to
independently identify opportunities and manage a strategic sales
plan. Strong performance in a fast-paced, relationship-driven sales
environment. Exceptional active listening skills and consultative
selling approach. Confident, concise, and engaging presentation
abilities. Highly organized with excellent time-management and
prioritization skills. Strong attention to detail and
follow-through. Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving
capabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet
deadlines consistently. Working knowledge of (or willingness to
learn) HIPAA compliance considerations. Collaborative,
team-oriented professional with strong communication skills.
Willingness to travel up to 25% . Ideal Work Experience Core
Experience (Must-Have) 5–10 years of business development, sales,
or strategic partnerships experience ( Preferably in corporate
wellness, healthcare services, benefits consulting, population
health, or HR solutions) Proven success selling complex,
multi-solution offerings (not single products) Demonstrated ability
to own a territory or region, manage a full sales cycle, and build
a sustainable pipeline Strategic & Operational Experience
Experience creating and executing regional sales strategies Strong
CRM discipline (ideally Salesforce) with forecasting and pipeline
management Willingness to support early client relationship
management through onboarding and first-year success Experience
with Microsoft Office Solutions (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, etc.)
