Job Description:

Retail First Corporation, a leading retail fixture manufacturer, printer and creative firm, located in Elgin IL, seeks a Sales Representative to identify, capture, and cultivate new client opportunities. The core responsibility of this position is to achieve and exceed annual sales budgets, growth goals, and the acquisition of new strategic clients.
We need an outside of the box thinker and someone that enjoys being creative and a problem solver. Candidate must bring existing client relationships and projects into the company upon hire.

*This sales position can be based in Elgin, IL (location of main office) or remotely around the country. Compensation is based on a draw against commission (30% of net profit) or a base salary plus bonus. It is an opportunity to earn beyond your expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
--- Initiates new sales opportunities with new and existing client base.
--- Generates new sales opportunities and market share growth by establishing sales strategy, short and long term objectives and prioritizing workloads to accomplish goals and objectives
--- Manage and report sales results against plan and budget
--- Takes appropriate action to ensure that all existing financial goals and new business objectives are met
--- Develops solid working relationships with clients; is able to leverage these relationships to grow the business and ensure resource allocation as needed to produce our best work
--- Leads client in identifying strategic vision in collaboration with agency internal resources
--- Develops scope of service and project agreements with client and executive management
--- Collaborate with the creative and project management teams as required to ensure smooth, on-time, on-budget client project fulfillment
--- Responsible for daily communication, production schedules, providing them to client and Executive Management team on a weekly basis
--- Enter, update and maintain daily sales orders and client information into the sales system (ProWork Flow)
--- Manages all financial aspects of client relationships including compliance to contracts/agreements, estimating and receivables

--- A minimum 3-5 years of demonstrated success in developing, growing and managing strategic sales in print, P.O.P, store fixtures sector. Bachelor's Degree a plus.
--- A demonstrated history of developing and maintaining strong client relationships
--- A history of managing a multi-million dollar annual book-of-business
--- A strong business acumen
--- An energetic, motivated self-starter with a positive attitude
--- A highly organized, self-disciplined and process-centric leadership style
--- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
--- A general working knowledge of relevant manufacturing processes and materials
--- The qualified candidate will be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service oriented
