Job Description:
SmartSource is a leading I.T. staffing firm with 18 years of
experience servicing clients on a nationwide basis
We are seeking a Senior Sales person for our St Charles, IL office
who has been successful in selling I.T. staffing solutions.
The ideal candidate will have C-level contacts and a proven track
record of success.
Key Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities in both
project based and staff augmentation.
Target and develop clients through existing relationships, prospect
for new business, and qualify incoming leads.
Required Skills / Experience

Minimum of 1-3 years selling Staffing Solutions

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Good interpersonal and organizational skills

Professional demeanor
-
Highly motivated and energetic
We offer a base salary plus a competitive commission and bonuses
plan, major medical, 401k and Club Trip.
