*** Bottle Fillers

*** Bottle Cappers

*** Bottle Labelers

*** Wrappers

*** Casers

Assemble, commission, troubleshoot and repair high tech electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic packaging machinery.

Must possess expert level knowledge and experience related to:

*** PLCs

*** Hydraulics

*** Pneumatics

*** Electrical circuits

*** AC, DC, Servo Motors and drives

*** Machine vision systems

*** Etc.

Preferred Experience:

*** 5+ years experience in production and facility maintenance.

*** Knowledge of hydrualic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical concepts and ability to diagnose problems with equipment using that knowledge.

*** Practical understanding of Lock Out - Tag Out procedures a must.

Activities:

*** Provide maintenance and repairs to production line equipment.

*** Use measuring devices including ammeters, ohmeters, multimeters, voltmeters etc. to pinpoint any problem areas.

*** Maintain plant infrastructure and key support equipment including HVAC units and ducts facility wide.
