Job SummaryThe Injection Molding Process Technician plays a critical role in maintaining production yields by inspecting and reviewing reports, coordinating with other shifts, and ensuring the process is at peak efficiency and quality.Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections and reviews to maintain a yield of better than 95%.
• Respond to equipment alarms, document changes, and perform repairs as needed.
• Maintain process efficiency by keeping logs and information current for production reporting.
• Perform daily mold cleanings and shut-down activities.
• Submit close-out/re-start data to Quality and work with Production Control to maintain the RTC calendar.
• Execute RTC events using the RTC Checklist and enhance team efficiency by training and directing less experienced personnel.
• Improve working conditions by supervising the workplace environment and eliminating downtime by writing and processing work orders for damaged equipment.Requirements
