We continue to grow to meet the needs of long-term individual investors.As a Strategy Consultant on the Strategic Initiatives team, you will assist in creating the vision for the future of wealth management at Edward Jones. You will do this by identifying the features, services, and configurations that will be necessary to shape and transform our clients' experiences and outcomes and the ways advisors will engage with technologies to produce these results. To do this effectively, you will study the industry and competitive landscapes, understanding trends, new technologies, pricing and business models, and codify these findings into position statements and recommendations-fit for purpose based on Edward Jones's unique value proposition. You'll also have an opportunity to build and maintain a diverse network of business partners, and partner with them on challenges, opportunities, and solutions. Similarly, you'll participate on cross-functional teams of colleagues from program management, portfolio management, operations, marketing, and technology.
Day-to-day responsibilities of a Strategy Consultant include, but are not limited to:
Working with senior associates and leaders across the firm on developing and integrating the Investment Advisory strategy.
Developing and synthesizing perspectives, based on research into client/advisory needs, industry trends, new product solutions, and vendor solutions, that will help improve the advisory offering.
Providing clear and compelling qualitative and quantitative analysis to support and shape the firm's investment advisory strategy.
Working effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solution and move people and the organization to act.
Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) or equivalent (typically 5+ years) work experience preferred (e.g., Strategy, Consulting, or Product Management).
• Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
• Communicate complex ideas effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner.
• Series 7 and Series 63/66 must be attained within six months of hire.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:
