This person will have extensive experience in supervising and managing others as well as own full P&L responsibility for the Division.Position Responsibilities:

  • Drive MKD Safety Culture and hold team accountable for following safety policy. Attend safety meetings as needed.
  • Develop strategies to grow MKD customer's base, collaborate with Business Development and implement plans to market and grow the Division
  • Develop and maintain a positive working relationship as well as build a professional, ethical, and orderly team of reports within the Division.
  • Develop, maintain, and report KPI's from each group within the Division.
  • Develop, maintain, and report key lessons learned from each group within the Division
  • Develop, maintain, and report market trends from each group within the Division.
  • Perform high-level reviews of each Groups overall efficiency and productivity, labor hours, compensation rate, material budgets, and other job expenses.
  • Set goals for the team and implement strategies for achieving these goals.
  • Maintain the ability, drive, and discipline to set and achieve Division goals.
  • Be self-starting on new objectives and understand overall company strategy.
  • Maintain the ability to be flexible to changing environments and responsive to shifting priorities and demands.
  • Develop revenue, profit, and overhead budgets for the Division.
  • Drive the P&L performance of the Division to ensure expectation are met.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the project life cycle to be able to quickly identify risks.
  • Ensure that each group assigned to you is accurate and current on revenue projections, invoicing, and manpower forecasts.
  • Understand and communicate vacancies or necessary required positions within division.
  • Participate in the interview, review, and hiring of positions within the division.
  • Implement, maintain, and enforce all company policies, procedures, and new initiatives related to each group.
  • Ensure Change Order Management systems and processes are being met
  • Ensure each group is cross-selling and understands capabilities of other groups in organization.
  • Review, report, and negotiate contract language as needed.
  • Review and assist with corrective action on any customer complaints
  • Attend bid wraps as needed.
  • Organize, lead, and participate in month end financial meetings as well as individual division and group level meetings
  • Oversee annual reviews of group membersPosition Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Valid government-issued Driver's License.
    • Proof of Work Authorization.
    • Ability to plan/organize work and interpret/communicate technical information.
    • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
    • Can easily understand and communicate technical information.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
    • Stand or walk eight or more hours in a shift.
    • Familiar with Microsoft Office suite
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Project and people management experience
