Product Management is looking for Business Analysts to join our
delivery teams in our branch-facing and client-facing portfolios.
Business Analysts review, analyze and evaluate end-user needs as
defined by the persona and strategic goals of the product team
mission to create user stories and system specifications.
Depending on experience/qualifications, this role may be filled as
a Business Analyst I, II, OR III.
- Liaison between Technology, Product Management, and other
divisional stakeholders to maintain, enhance or integrate firm
systems and data by proactively identifying cross divisional
technology opportunities or serving on a formal project team in
support of new systems and data.
- Responsible for writing business systems case development and
presentation for new systems and data.
- Supports one or more highly complex business processes and
serve as a functional leader.
- Create, maintain and occasionally review business process
models, data flows, prototypes, business requirements, use cases
and test cases.
- Refinement of Features and User Stories of moderate to high
complexity through collaboration between product owner, product
team, and business stakeholders
- Execute and present written and verbal business systems impact
analysis resulting in identification of new systems and data with
moderate impact.
- Understanding of cross divisional systems and impacts of
change.
- Mentors less experienced members of the teamQualifications
Required in the Job:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Advanced knowledge of standard Business System Analyst
principles and practices.
- 2-5 years experience designing and implementing functional
systems and data in a structured process.
- Ability to research data definition, usage and flow to gain
expertise in existing systems.
- Ability to create new business processes and data usage to
promote efficiency.
- The ability to multi-task and work with leader to prioritize
assigned tasks / projects.
- Strong relationship management, interpersonal and negotiation
skills.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills to investigate, resolve and
escalate problems. Identifies need for technical assistance to help
in problem resolution.
- Associate must have the ability to work independently and in a
team environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate with cross divisional
leaders using verbal, written and presentations skills.
- Ability to summarize moderate to highly complex business cases,
system information and concepts and clearly communicate to cross
divisional leadership.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to provide working
system prototypes and scenario modeling.

and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other
relevant factors for a potential new associate:
