Job Description:

General Description: The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for all day-to-day cleaning duties within the facility. Qualified individual will be self-directed and have prior workplace/facility cleaning experience. Qualified individual will be capable of operating independently of daily supervision and of contributing to cleaning and janitorial planning for the facility as required. Qualified individual will report directly to management on a daily basis. Requirements: Self-starter must work independently, based on a cleaning schedule developed between this position and company management. Must be able to multi-task and adapt as needs change and react to immediate needs as they arise from time-to-time. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis, and up-to 50 pounds as required. Specific Performance: All daily janitorial cleaning duties including restrooms, offices, and warehouse spaces. Daily stocking and ordering of custodial cleaning supplies. Maintain stock levels of all cleaning, janitorial and maintenance related supply items.
