Members of the BOA Resource Team are instrumental in the productivity and innovation of the department by providing continuity to our work, supporting growth and peak seasonal needs, participating in special projects and initiatives, and delivering training for their peers in collaboration with our geographic teams and leaders. The Resource TA Consultant performs an integral role as a peer leader contributing to day-to-day work and project execution. Associates in BOA Talent Acquisition are important in leading the growth of our entire Branch Office Administrator (BOA) force through a customized approach by collaborating with Financial Advisors (FA) for their individual branch needs. This is accomplished by attracting top talent BOAs who contribute to consistently delivering an ideal client experience. We feel our unique Branch Team model of one FA and a full-time support person, the BOA, is the reason for our more personalized service and therefore largely responsible for our remarkable growth. Key Responsibilities: Supporting assignment of full cycle recruitment to find, engage, and manage talent with the use of technology and behavioral based interviewing to present the best candidates possible Leading and creating sourcing and attraction strategies for BOA talent across the United States including searches online and in systems as well as coordinating advertising and marketing Strategically forming and managing proactive candidate pipelines along with engagement strategies to provide a superior candidate experience Influencing and consulting with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and peers to adapt to changing department needs through project prioritization and executing work with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness Creating, developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with communities and organizations to generate referrals of talented and diverse candidates Requirements 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and interviewing combined with 3-5 years of coaching and/or consulting experience strongly preferred Understanding of federal and state employment laws and those practices related to selection and hiring Well-developed verbal and written communication skills and an ability to have candid discussions with influence Strong time management and seasoned judgment to understand multiple sources of information to prioritize work based on business needs, anticipate needs and manage escalated issues with a high level of customer service Experienced with Microsoft Office suite and applicant tracking or contact management system Recruiting certifications preferred 2021 FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For-- By Great Place to Work-- and FORTUNE Magazine --- Edward Jones was named No. 20 on the list.
