Dedicated North East Indiana Flatbed Drivers

HTSI is a leader in the flatbed commodities hauling industry, looking for experienced CDL drivers with flatbed experience who can work independently and provide SAFE and on-time deliveries to our customers.

Dedicated Route: East Chicago, IN., to Chicago, IL

Local Flatbed Drivers haul loads 4,000 to 40,000 pounds

• Earn $60,320 annually / $1,160 per week (guaranteed a weekly salary)
  
  • Base $985
    
  • Safety Bonus $75
    
  • Performance Bonus $100
    • $985 Salary paid for orientation and training
      
    • Six Paid Holidays per year
      
    • 2 weeks of vacation and 5 Personal Days per year
      
    • No tarp freight (Use Conestoga Trailers)
      
    • Driver Referral Bonus ($3,400 per year for each driver referred and hired)
