Job Description:

Track Daily Attendance:

• Track daily clock-ins, clock-outs, and attendance records using designated software systems (e.g., TrakTik).
• Identify missing or incomplete time entries and follow up with employees or managers.Approve Time Entries:
  • Review and approve employee time logs for accuracy and completeness before submission for payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company attendance policies and labor laws.Address Time Discrepancies:
    • Investigate discrepancies between reported hours and actual hours worked.
    • Collaborate with employees and supervisors to resolve errors or omissions in time records.Verify and Audit Time Worked:
      • Cross-check reported hours against system logs, work schedules, and job assignments.
      • Conduct periodic audits of timekeeping data to ensure consistent accuracy.Use Timekeeping Tools and Systems:
        • Maintain proficiency in time monitoring software and systems like TrakTik or other attendance solutions.
        • Provide training and support to employees on the use of timekeeping systems as needed.Prepare Reports:
          • Generate and distribute timekeeping reports for payroll, HR, and management teams.
          • Track patterns or trends in employee attendance to inform workforce planning.Ensure Compliance:
            • Ensure all timekeeping practices align with labor laws, union agreements (if applicable), and company policies.
            • Stay up to date on changes to wage and hour regulations.Communicate with Stakeholders:
              • Serve as the point of contact for timekeeping inquiries from employees and management.
              • Work closely with HR, Payroll, and department managers to address issues and provide solutions.
