The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for providing attentive,
courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in,
throughout their stay, and at checkout. You will manage all aspects
of the front office to deliver a guest experience that is unique
and brings the brand to life.

team members to overseeing day-to-day operations, you will play a
pivotal role in creating an environment where both guests and staff
-Regular tasks include: check in and check outs, registering
guests, managing reservations, providing information about rooms,
rates and amenities.
-Ensure the stay was positive and exceeds the guests expectations
by utilizing every opportunity the brand provides
-Respond to guest inquiries or issues and requests timely, friendly
an in an efficient manner; field guest complaints, conduct
research, resolve and negotiate solutions for guest
-Manage day-to-day staffing requirements and paperwork
-Plan and assign work while implementing and integrating a positive
work environment while ensuring all front staff are on a uniform
-Establish performance and development goals for team members.
-Provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to help manage
conflict and improve team member performance.
-Work directly with sales and revenue to monitor sales leads
-Be able to multitask during a high paces
-Verify all up to date guest balances and payments, post applicable
charges and coordinate with the accounting department regarding
-Conducting customer surveys and interacting with guests in regards
to their stay
-Keeps customers informed of policies, procedures and status of
-Keep upper management informed of all area activities.
