The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in planning and executing equipment and process integrations as my client grows and acquires new business. In addition, you will support existing production, leading efforts to implement LEAN tools and validate processes. Client DetailsI am partnered with a global medical device supplier based near St Charles, IL. They already have global operations, but have ambitious plans to continue their exciting growth - they aim to double headcount by 2026. They are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer with a team-player mentality to come in and support production, as well as facilitate their expansion and acquisition of new business. • Assist in equipment/process validations; IQ/OQ/PQ
• Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and workflow
• Support projects including new product development and equipment/systems upgrades
• CAD design duties
• Provide technical support for Quality and Regulatory Affairs
• Troubleshooting production issues and equipment as neededProfile
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Experience in a regulated industry; medical device or pharma highly preferred
  • Background leading or playing key role in LEAN/CapEx projects
  • Working knowledge of 3D modeling software
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the timeJob Offer
    • Base salary $85,000-$105,000 depending on experience
    • Target bonus up to 10% based on company performance
    • 2 weeks PTO, 3 weeks after 1 year
