Available: 01/03/2023 The Helpdesk Service Coordinator works
primarily within the district's helpdesk system to assign,
expedite, and potentially resolve help tickets. This role is
focused on accurate ticket entry and ensuring proper assignment of
issues to specialized IT staff. The Helpdesk Service Coordinator
works with staff electronically and via phone to speed issue
resolution while providing excellent customer service. This
position works as a member of the IT Customer Service Team and
reports to the Supervisor of Technology Operations. See job
description. Position is union exempt, 12 month full time, with the
