Job Description:

Experience in a target driven high volume environment is a plus in this position. The team is goal-oriented with individual and team goals being a key factor of success. As a result, teamwork is essential and specialists often assist each other to ensure departmental targets are met. To be successful in this position, you must have a passion for providing quality customer experience and leading with a positive and energized attitude. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm/CST Qualifications :

  • Minimum one year Fraud and Disputes experience (preferably in credit card industry)
  • Strong knowledge of Association (Visa/MasterCard) chargeback regulations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Take ownership of each customer interaction while treating customers with respect and responding with empathy, and document all interactions thoroughly
  • Basic PC and keyboarding skills and experience within a Windows environment required
  • Strong oral and written skills required
  • Individual must be a self-starter with a high level of dependability
  • Solid analytical skills and attention to detail are essential
  • Individuals ability to multi-task based off the day's aging priority is a critical part of the role
  • Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus
  • Previous Commercial Card experience preferred
