Job Summary:
Provide staffing in F120 Computer Lab. Help students with any
issues that may arise with computer usage. Open/close lab.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Enrolled or already completed CIS 110 (Introduction to Computers)
and/or have an adequate measurement of skills according to the
Skills Assessment Evaluation we administer at the time of the
interview .
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience with computers preferred. Basic knowledge of Microsoft
Office. Must be reliable and responsible. Must be able to work
independently.
Essential Duties:
1. Assist students in basic use of lab software and hardware
2. Report any lab hardware issues.
3. Monitor supplies, equipment and provide security for lab.
4. Perform routine maintenance on computers in classrooms and
labs.
5. Assist with summer installations if needed.
6. Perform any other tasks as assigned by Asst. Director of
Academic Computing
