investors.Team Overview:
We are looking for a Department Leader to join the Digital Delivery
Services organization within the Digital Division of the Firm. This
leader will be responsible to execute the vision and strategy of
the department, as well as, leadership and accountability of
several teams (50 - 75 people) of leaders, associates, and
contractors. This Department Leader will be functionally
responsible for Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and Agile
Coaches who work across all functions, capabilities, products, and
projects within the Technology and Digital Product Management (DPM)
organizations.

Plan, direct, and lead a department
(consisting of several teams) of matrixed associates and
contractors responsible for the execution of the Firm's top digital
priorities Promote and ensure proper application of best practices,
lean-agile processes, and role and responsibility
expectationsPartner with our internal customers and stakeholders to
gather and synthesize feedback to inform areas for focus and
improvement within the departmentAlign department strategies,
responsibilities and objectives with the firm's strategic direction
and ensure prudent use of the firm's financial resourcesProvide
leadership, development, and mentoring to Team Leaders, Project
Leaders, Technical Leaders and associates through examples and
timely feedbackUtilize qualitative and quantitative data and
information to promote sound execution and quality of projects,
epics, features, and user storiesQualifications:---
What Experience You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in relevant
technical or finance field or related combination of education and
work experience Minimum of 10 years of experience directly related
to Information Systems technology, Product Management, and agile
methodologies--- Understanding of technology life cycles, agile
roles and responsibilities, flow metrics and other leading and
lagging indicators Excellent interpersonal skills; developing
relationships; stakeholder managementEstablishing goals and
objectives for large teams, strategy to action, and setting
directionExperience leading remote teams, operating in a matrix
environment, and problem resolution
