Description:Technicians will be working on retail building for their maintenance needs. Candidate will get work order via an app on their smart phone each morning/week that will give them full schedule of the day/week. Candidate will then drive to each location, work with customer, complete work order and move on to next. Tasks could include but not limited to:painting, carpentry, general maintenance hanging doors, fixing cabinets, changing light bulbs, or repairing small nail hole type wall repairs. There is a vehicle per diem daily of $35/day.Travel requirement is up to 75 miles from downtown location of city candidate is being assigned to. There will need to be scheduling done on their own to coordinate with the customer visits.Technician/Carpenters will be "on call" for emergency situations with customers.
