• Perform a wide array of administrative tasks- filing, data entry, contracts
• Handle calls from dealerships and provide funding for contracts
• Understand all state and federal guidelines
• Use time management skills to balance the quantity and quality of calls made and received as well as meeting deadlines for any assigned projects
• Use organizational skills to manage resources and locate references to maximize efficiency while on the phone
• Use verbal communication skills to gain a clear understanding of dealerships contracts
• Use written communication skills to clearly and concisely document dealer's accounts of all necessary information requiredSkills & Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma (Bachelors/Associates preferred)
  • Corporate office / Retail experience with good tenure
  • A candidate must have aspirations for a long term career.
  • Outgoing personality
