Job Description:
My client is a fast-paced firm where associates thrive because

motivated and knowledgeable attorney to handle all aspects of a
case, at times with the help of a managing attorney, from pre-suit
through trial. The firm is a multi-office firm with the resources
to provide excellent in-house support, current technology, and
competitive benefits and salary. Position Details: Responsible for
high exposure litigation cases from inception to trial with the
supervising partner. Conduct accident scene inspections with
experts, draft reports and analyze liability, causation and
damages. Conduct depositions, attend hearings and argue motions.
Interview witnesses, expert depositions, negotiate with opposing
counsel and conduct legal research. Qualifications: 3 years of
civil litigation experience. Litigation experience preferred in
casualty, premises or product liability or complex litigation
Ability to handle files from inception to trial Experience with
depositions, hearings, meditations and trial. Strong academic
credentials Excellent research and writing abilities Exceptional
attention to detail, strong legal research skills and a strong work
ethic. Licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois If you are
