Job Description:
A company is looking for a Database Administration Manager to
oversee data management and security across multiple database
systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Oracle, SQL, and PostgreSQL databases
to meet business requirements
Architect and deploy scalable, cloud-based database solutions using
AWS services
Manage a small team of DBAs, overseeing task assignments and
project coordination
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related
discipline
15+ years of experience with relational databases and modern NoSQL
solutions
3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS RDS and related
services
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Python for database management and
analytics
Advanced knowledge of database security, performance tuning, and
optimization
