The live chat advisor is responsible for responding to and
conversing with all incoming chats via the university live chat
system in a timely and professional matter. The LCA will answer all
chats for campuses and provide support through a student-centered
philosophy that supports the achievement of the University?s goals
and objectives. You will also offer support in contacting
prospective and current students to assist them at any stage of the
student life cycle, which may include phone, live chat, or emailed
