Job DescriptionPosition Summary:The E-Commerce Customer Service Associate responds to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, billing inquiries, and technical problem notifications.
Responsibilities/Duties:Receive and respond to inbound e-mail and phone calls; gather and verify required informationActively listen to the customer, taking their request for product or servicesEnsuring the company delivers the highest level of customer service possibleDevelop/present customer service solutions and/or suggest additional items, cross sell, up sellProvide information to the customer and place appropriate notes in system indicating exactly what action was taken or needs to be takenEnsure proper security procedures are followed on all e-commerce customer interactionsLearn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and servicesData entryOther tasks as defined by management
Qualifications...Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experienceDemonstrated communication and interpersonal skillsOrganization and follow-up skillsStrong computer skills and desire to work with technologyBilingual, English/Spanish is a plus
Credentials and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalentPast retail or direct sales experience will be considered an asset
