• As a client partner, you will have overall responsibility for delivery, account management, client relationships, and account growth.
• You will demonstrate business value through solutions that meet strategic, operational, and tactical objectives, and make executive presentations.
• You will scale pilots / POCs to long-term transformative programs and deliver continuous business value.
• You will collaborate with the client's business stakeholders to understand key questions, challenges, and information needs, developing an analytics roadmap that identifies and prioritizes key use cases.
• You will work with sales leaders to create POVs and proposals to win new clients and grow existing accounts.
• You will work on data science applications to solve complex business problems in CPG and Retail sectors.
• You will lead a team of data and analytics professionals, working closely with key client stakeholders to define problems and solution requirements.

• 16-20 years of experience in delivering advanced analytics consulting services and designing/implementing large programs.
• Experience managing large accounts and driving account growth is advantageous. P&L ownership experience is also beneficial.
• Ability to engage with CXO, VP, and Director level stakeholders and internal teams to define problems and solutions.
• Knowledge of domains like CPG, Retail, and FMCG is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with global teams, communicate client context, and leverage remote teams effectively, owning client presentations, project management, and expectations.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the United States.
• Educational qualification: Bachelor's or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.Significant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
