In a typical branch office, a financial advisor meets with clients
and receives branch office support, so they can focus on building
deep relationships with clients. Headquarters associates in St.
Louis, Tempe and Mississauga provide support and expertise to help
U.S. and Canada branch teams deliver an ideal client experience. We
continue to grow to meet the needs of long-term individual
investors.Responsible for overall team performance, leading a high
performing team of professionals responsible for the strategy and
integration of new feature level changes to our Advice, Planning,
Products, Services and Experiences through a change management
framework.
Role model the culture mindsets and behaviors and set conditions
with their teams that inspire our future ways of working, make
progress on our DEI Commitment and unleash the firm's human.
This role also requires advanced level change management expertise
as well as industry acumen (including but not limited to wealth
management) in order to better understand and tie change
initiatives to firm purpose, positive impact to business partners
and our clients.

of mindsets and behaviors we'll need to succeed.
Consistently coach associates in applying the Change Experience
Guide to change efforts, focusing on adding client value.

Consistently champion associates leading the change experience and
deliver on the expected outcomes, focusing on adding firm value,

Contribute to the department, division and firm initiatives to
strengthen talent, culture and community
Provide appropriate resources, support and direction to help
associates meet the needs of the department, division and firm.
Lead the resourcing of the work for associates by aligning
opportunities with an associate's strengths, skillsets and
development opportunities.
Collaborate with other leaders to raise visibility of associate
contributions and development opportunities.
Demonstrate recognition and appreciation, as appropriate, while
also holding associates accountable to business plan objectives.
Significant knowledge of firm strategy and how it connects to
business area's and team's work.
Strong knowledge of team's workflows and processes.
Strong knowledge on leading change on complex projects.
Strong knowledge on change discipline, tools and EDJ change
framework.
Strong leadership acumen.
Strong written/verbal communication skills
Strong skills in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint
Effective coaching/feedback that results in associate
development

The decisions in this position are high in impact. The Team Leader
must be able to apply seasoned judgment, make decisions with

Complex decisions may need to be made in collaboration with Team,

Bachelors degree required
7 years of demonstrated leadership experience (could include
informal and formal) and/or financials services experience.
SIE, Series 7 Top-Off & 66 required within 6 months
Change Management Certification required within 6 months of
hire
