Duly Health and Care in Napervilleis seeking a Urologist who is committed to empowering health and elevating care for our patients while also pursuing innovative solutions with their care team that move healthcare forward. Opportunity Highlights - Practice includes 16 urologists and 10 advanced practice providers currently - Clinic opening will support a primary office in Naperville with expansion to Bolingbrook - Call is 1:6 at Edward Hospital - Advanced practice providers are shared at each site. One nurse covers for 2-3 providers. Compensation & Benefits - The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $475,000 - $525,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $500,000 - $650,000.
