The Opportunity - Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians. - Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired. - Current IL state license is a plus. - Visa Candidates are encouraged to apply. The Practice MacNeal Hospital – Berwyn, Illinois - A community hospital with some academic overtones. - MacNeal Hospital has its own FM/IM residency and EM residents from Loyola & UIC rotate here. - Level II Trauma Center, Primary Stroke Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Magnet-designated. - 374-bed facility with a 26-bed Emergency Department. - Annual volume of 55,000 with a 22% admit rate. - Epic EMR with Dragon dictation. - All core sub-specialty backup available.
