at University Hospital and Eastpark Medical Center in Madison, WI.

something remarkable As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play
an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality,
cost-effective care to patients. We are seeking a Nurse
Practitioner / Physician Assistant to: - Work with patients who are
receiving radiation therapy for a variety of oncologic conditions.
- Conduct comprehensive health history/physical assessment, engage
in patient/family teaching regarding treatment and manage radiation
therapy side effects and survivorship issues. - Manage radiation
therapy treatments plans in collaboration with the treating

posted positions. Education: Minimum – If Nurse Practitioner:
Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program. If
Physician Assistant: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited
PA Program. Licenses and Certifications: Minimum - If Nurse
Practitioner: Active RN and APNP license in State of Wisconsin AND
active board certification as a NP in Adult; Adult/Gerontology
Acute Care; Adult/Gerontology Primary Care; Family. If Physician
Assistant: Active PA license in State of Wisconsin AND active PA
board certification. All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant
applicants must have: Active DEA license or ability to apply for
such license prior to or upon hire AND CPR certification and
advanced life support certifications if relevant to practice area
