Position Overview The Admissions Registered Nurse Salaried is responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians’ orders for each individual patient while adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times. This role will be focused on perfomring 2 SOCs per day coupled with some routine visits throughout the week for Baraboo's territory.
