Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not

Occupational Therapist opportunity is available in Midlothian, VA,
supporting students within the Henrico County Public Schools
system. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with an
active Virginia OT license, ready to contribute to school-based
therapy services on a contract basis through May 29, 2026.
Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services to
school-aged children, tailoring interventions to meet individual
needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals
to support student success. Manage caseload and document progress
according to school district guidelines. Participate in team
meetings and contribute to the development of individualized
education plans (IEPs). Qualifications: Active occupational therapy
license in Virginia. Experience working in school settings
preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong
communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a
multidisciplinary team. Ability to manage a flexible caseload with
