Qualifications Active RBT certification through the Behavior
Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Candidates without certification
must be willing to complete the 40-hour RBT training and
certification prior to providing services New graduates and
candidates currently completing RBT training are encouraged to
apply Experience working with children or individuals with
developmental disabilities is preferred Benefits Sign-on bonus of
$4,000 OR relocation assistance up to $4,500 , provided after 4
