Job Description:
An emergency department with volume in the low teens seeks full
Emergency Medicine physician with BCEM or BEEM. Pension is usually
maxed by the hospital to the federal limit. Other benefits include
health and CME. Rare partnership opportunity with a single-contract
group. Earning power increases as a partner. Potential for new
doctor to move into the ED Director role or at least pick up some
of the administrative duties for a stipend. Overall, the package is
worth more than $100 per hour plus benefits and malpractice for an
average of 1.5 patients per hour in a Level III type environment.
