Opportunity – NICU Registered Nurse – Wisconsin Start Date: March
9, 2026 Location: Madison, Wisconsin Compensation: Details provided
to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Day or Night:
7:00am–7:30pm or 7:00pm–7:30am), Monday through Friday with 2–3
weekend shifts required per 6-week scheduling period. Flexible 4x12
schedules available. Contract length up to 26 weeks. Highlights:
26-bed Level IV NICU in a Magnet-designated pediatric hospital Care
for high-acuity neonates including post-op surgical patients,
complex cardiac cases, neurologic conditions, and premature infants
Experience with trach/vent management, g-tubes, and various
invasive and noninvasive ventilation modes Epic EMR system in use;
recent experience strongly preferred Patient-and-family-centered
care model in a state-of-the-art healing environment
Interdisciplinary team support including IV therapy, respiratory
services, pharmacy, and specialized pediatric services
Requirements: Minimum 2 years total NICU Level III/IV experience,
with at least 1 full year in a Level IV NICU Wisconsin Registered
Nurse license or valid compact license from permanent address state
(must be in hand at time of submittal) BLS certification (American
Heart Association only), NRP, and PALS certifications required
Basic Arrhythmia interpretation experience; must pass facility
telemetry examination prior to start with strict passing criteria
Previous travel nursing experience required Permanent address must
be at least 50 miles from the facility Ability to float to
pediatric units caring for patients less than 12 months of age Why
