Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM with rotating nights and weekends on-call required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Perfusionist to: - Provide cardiopulmonary life support for high acuity surgical procedures utilizing cardiopulmonary bypass and ECMO. - Support procedures in the Cath lab, Hybrid OR and Intensive Care Units. - Assist in the design of institutional protocols and provide continuing education of staff and operating room personnel. - Encourage and actively support the mission of the Cardiac Surgery, ECMO and Mechanical Circulatory Assist programs. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree and graduate of Perfusion program Required - Master's Degree in related field Preferred Work Experience - 3 years of post-training clinical experience providing CPB for adult cardiac surgical procedures including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve replacements, and aortic aneurysm repairs Preferred - Experience in providing CPB for cardiac transplantation, ventricular assist device implantation, and congenital pediatric procedures.
