Job Description Certification Details - BLS - ARRT-CI - ARRT-CV - ARRT-VI - WI Radiographer License Job Details - Extension for Casey Legan only to start 2/22 - Strong background in patient care, preferably in a critical care or procedural setting - Proficiency in using various medical equipment and imaging technologies - Specific experience in IR procedures like angiography, embolization, biopsies, drainage procedures, and vascular access is highly desirable - Solid understanding of sterile technique and radiation safety protocols - Strong mainframe and PC skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Good organizational skills - Strong analytical skills - EPIC; may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed Job Requirements - 2 years experience - BLS required - Advanced certification through ARRT in ARRT-CI or ARRT-CV or ARRT-VI - WI Radiographer License required Schedule Information - Monday - Friday rotating schedule between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM with one day off every other week - Call based on department needs: 2 days during weekdays, every 3rd weekend for call - Holidays: Call as needed Additional Details - Must be AHA certified - Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment required - HIPAA, Joint Commission - NPSG, OSHA Topics completed within a year of start and updated yearly with minimum 80% score - Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer required, no declinations accepted - Fit Test required, preferred prior to start, can be completed onsite, updated annually - Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or declination signed and dated by traveler required - Influenza Vaccine required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31), exemptions accepted with mask requirement - Positive PPD or Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire required - Statement of good health or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually thereafter - Driver's License/State ID must be valid and match address on file - 2 Step PPD OR IGRA required within specified timeframes - Documented proof of Varicella immunity or vaccination required, no declinations accepted - Tdap vaccination valid for 10 years required, no declinations accepted - Qualifying references and background checks required as per Ascension policies - 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to start required - Verification of education relevant to clinical work within 90 days of start required - Ascension Skills Checklist to be completed within one year of start and updated annually
