Job Description Job Description Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1 year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to support cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures in Sun Prairie, WI. This contract role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital environment, delivering high-quality care alongside a dedicated team. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist; first-time travelers are welcome ARRT (R) certification or CCI RCIS certification required State licensure mandatory Proficient in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, including ASD closures and cardiac stent placement Skilled in interpreting dysrhythmias and working with PACS, fluoroscopy equipment, as well as Philips and Siemens imaging technology Schedule/Hours: Day shift: 07:00 15:30, Monday through Friday Additional shifts include 17:30 16:00 with two staff covering stay-late duties, and 08:30 17:00 call shift Call schedule: One day per week (Monday through Thursday) and every 4th weekend (from Friday 17:00 to Monday 07:00) Responsibilities: Perform adult diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations accurately and safely Assist with complex procedures such as ASD closures and stent placements under physician supervision Operate and maintain advanced imaging systems including Philips and Siemens fluoroscopy units Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms to support immediate clinical decisions Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless patient care throughout procedures Location Overview: Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, is a vibrant community offering a blend of small-town charm and metropolitan accessibility.
