Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN-Clinical
Lead to guide and oversee nursing activities within our healthcare
facilities. As a faith-based organization committed to transforming

Coordinate daily clinical operations in assigned departments or
units. Lead interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure optimal
patient care. Implement patient safety and quality improvement
initiatives in accordance with organizational standards. Provide
direct patient care as needed and evaluate nursing interventions to
enhance outcomes. Serve as a mentor and resource for staff nurses,
providing education and guidance on best practices in nursing care.
Manage staffing schedules and patient assignments to ensure
adequate coverage and efficient use of resources. Assist in the
recruitment, selection, and orientation of new nursing staff.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals across the organization
to promote integrated, comprehensive care. Strong leadership and
organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Proficient in clinical and administrative software systems.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Ability to handle stressful situations and make decisions under
pressure. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular
Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
