Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Registered Nurse
(RN) to join our float pool. As a faith-based healthcare

this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work across
various departments within Ascensions network, providing critical
support and sharing your expertise in multiple clinical settings.
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various units
while adapting to their varying needs and conditions. Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor responses.
Assist in patient assessment and the preparation, implementation,
and evaluation of care plans. Maintain communication with patients,
family members, and the healthcare team to ensure effective care
delivery. Ensure the proper documentation of all nursing activities
and patient interactions. Participate in continuing education
classes and stay current with the latest healthcare trends and
technologies. Strong clinical skills in a variety of medical
settings. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments. Proficiency in
electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. Basic Life Support
(BLS) Certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification is
preferred.
