nurses with step-down unit expertise to contribute to advanced
cardiac and critical care in a dynamic healthcare setting. The

Situated in Elgin, Oklahoma, this position is set in a community

to live and work. Key Responsibilities: Deliver skilled nursing
care to patients experiencing STEMI/NSTEMI, congestive heart
failure, and peripheral vascular issues. Manage patients requiring
noninvasive ventilation and post-cardiothoracic surgery care.
Administer antiarrhythmic IV medications with precision and monitor
for efficacy and side effects. Collaborate with multidisciplinary
teams to optimize patient outcomes, including rapid assessment and
intervention for cardiac events. Maintain accurate patient records
and adhere to established healthcare protocols. Qualifications and
Desired Experience: Current RN license with Stepdown unit
experience. Proficient in managing acute cardiac and respiratory
conditions. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
with critically ill patients. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills to support patient and team interactions.
