Primary Care Provider to join an expanding multi-specialty group
affiliated with a leading regional health system in northern
Illinois. Setting: 100% outpatient Multiple locations in the area
Employed position Academic appointments available Monday-Friday
schedule Brand-new equipment Located 90 minutes from Chicago, IL
