Job Description:

We are seeking a highly-skilled and passionate RN Specialty Clinical Lead to oversee and enhance nursing practices within specialty units such as ICU, ER, or Oncology. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality clinical care and patient outcomes. The RN Specialty Clinical Lead will coordinate patient care activities, collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and implement best practices in clinical and administrative procedures. Provide expert guidance and oversight to nursing staff within specific clinical specialties. Coordinate patient care efforts with other healthcare professionals and departments, ensuring seamless service delivery. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams. Mentor and train new nurses and staff, engaging in professional development and continuous learning. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards while actively contributing to the improvement of patient care protocols. Handle high-level administrative duties related to patient care management and staffing. Lead interdisciplinary meetings and discussions to promote best practices and continuous quality improvement in patient care. Profound knowledge in specialized nursing care, patient management, and safety guidelines. Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team of healthcare professionals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept in conflict resolution. Expertise in clinical judgment and decision-making in high-pressure environments. Proficiency in using medical software and patient management systems.
