Job Description:
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified Endoscopy RN in Madison, Wisconsin, 53792! Pay
Information $2,406 per week About The Position Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Endoscopy Duration:
13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Must
have two years of acute care experience within the last three years
in the specialty. Must have experience in an academic Level
1-Trauma center or similar size hospital. Must have recent
experience in recovering sedated GI and pulmonary procedures.
License: Must have a nursing license or compact license from the
permanent address state. Certifications: BLS and ACLS certification
through the American Heart Association is required. Telemetry
experience with Basic Arrhythmia is necessary. Must-Have: Ability
to perform Moderate Sedation in procedures. Experience in
pre/post-operative care including PACU/Phase I and Phase II
recovery. Ability to provide care for patients during GI and
bronchoscopy procedures, including the administration of sedation.
Capacity to manage responsibilities in the assigned area.
Willingness to float to multiple units as needed based on staffing
requirements. Pass/Fail Testing required with strict passing
criteria for telemetry exam. Description: Provide care for patients
during GI and bronchoscopy procedures. Administer sedation for
procedures. Be an integral part of a surgical team that performs
multispecialty procedures. Assume overall responsibility for
managing the operating room assigned. May need to stay past shift
hours to complete the day's schedule. Will have varying start times
between 6:30 AM and 7:30 AM. Work Monday through Friday with
minimal weekday call requirements. No holidays or weekends
required. Floating to other units may occur based on staffing
needs. Orientation will include 20 hours of non-billable training.
Strict testing requirements will be enforced before clearance to
