Job Description:
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified NICU RN in Madison, Wisconsin, 53792! Pay Information
$2,329 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse
Profession: Nursing Specialty: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day/Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours
Experience: Level 4 NICU experience required, or Level 3 NICU
experience with surgical and trach ventilation management. Traveler
must have completed two years in an acute care setting, in addition
to at least one year in a Level 4 NICU or Level 3 NICU meeting the
above requirements. License: Registered Nurse license required.
Certifications: BLS certification through the American Heart
Association required. PALS certification through the American Heart
Association required. NRP certification required. Must-Have: Basic
Arrhythmia experience required. Traveler must pass a Telemetry test
prior to starting. Description: Provide care for critically ill
newborns, infants, and their families across the continuum of care.
This NICU is a model for patient- and family-centered care. Provide
care for infants requiring advanced diagnostic and therapeutic
services. Care involves managing a wide variety of medical and
surgical complexities. Traveler may have shifts scheduled in
multiple units depending on current staffing needs. If the primary
unit no longer has a need, shifts will be reassigned to another
unit to complete the contract. Floating is expected for travelers
based on unit needs. A commitment to weekend rotations and some
holidays is required. Compliance with vaccine requirements is
necessary. Traveler must have an address 50 miles from the assigned
work site. All references must be removed during the application
process. Testing will be required with strict passing criteria for
telemetry competency. All applicants must adhere to outlined
