Job Description:
Seeking a qualified Physical Therapist in Enid, OK, to join the
Jim Thorpe Rehab team on day shifts providing exceptional patient
care. Responsibilities include interpreting referrals, developing
and modifying treatment plans, performing assessments, coordinating
with the care team, and supervising therapy assistants. Provides
skilled interventions tailored to patient needs, ensuring safety
and compliance with policies. For rehab patients, manages care from
initial assessment to outcome documentation; for home health, plans
and reassesses treatments in patients-------- homes. Must hold an
Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or be eligible, with BLS
certification and effective communication skills. Preferred
candidates have relevant experience, aquatic certifications, or
specialty credentials like Hand Therapist or experience in
inpatient rehab. Position involves physical demands, potential
exposure to hazards, and requires a valid driver--------s license
for some roles.
