Job Description:
Seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support
children and young adults with behavioral needs through ABA
therapy.
Provide 1:1 supervision, implementing individualized programs
in-home, center, or community settings.
Apply trauma-informed, ethical, child-focused care, emphasizing
Natural Environment Teaching and holistic approaches including
wellness and self-care.
Manage behavioral episodes safely using Safety-Care techniques and
document progress in collaboration with BCBA.
Must have a high school diploma, be at least 21, with strong
communication, patience, and flexibility.
Physical ability to engage with students and lift/support 75 lbs
required.
Preferred skills include ABA experience, Office Suite knowledge,
Catalyst software familiarity, CPR/First Aid, and report
writing.
