Job Description:
This RN position is based on a 28-bed unit specializing in
Trauma/Neurosurgery, Urology, and General Surgery, with a dedicated
Neurosurgical ACP. It serves as an alternate for Orthopedic
Surgery, Hospitalist, and other medicine patients. The role offers
extensive training, support, and opportunities for advancement
within an award-winning organization recognized for clinical
excellence. Responsibilities include age-specific assessments,
developing and updating care plans, administering treatments and
medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team and
families. Qualifications require an accredited nursing program,
Virginia RN licensure or eligibility, CPR certification, and
computer proficiency with electronic medical records. Core values

curiosity. This full-time position involves rotating day, evening,
and night shifts, including holidays and weekends.
